You don't have to accept what you’ve been told over and over about the limits of being human – or even your own limits. Change your intent/words, thoughts and emotions and discover the power to attract what you want.
I know it is not that easy. It took me time to trust the process and then I experienced the results of writing a clear intent. My husband, our home, our friends, our lifestyle and more have been the result of changing my words/mindset, my habits and wellness in every way.
Are you ready to give it a chance?
An Australian hospice nurse, Bronnie Ware listened to hundreds of deathbed regrets from the dying people she cared for. Eventually she listed them in her internationally bestselling book, The Top 5 Deathbed Regrets of the Dying.
And the absolute number one regret was simply this:
"I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me."
Reading Bonnie Ware's book I realized you and I have a choice not to be another chapter in her book about dying with regrets. This realization has brought about changes for me and I hope you are joining me in discussing what you might want to change.
This part is about habits that are small actions and behaviors that produce long term results. Some are good for us and some are not so good for us. For example brushing our teeth. Brushing our teeth after meals dentists say is a good habit and would you agree keeps our breath fresh. That is a good habit with a long term effect and our teeth need less dental work. Well the results of the opposite, not brushing our teeth on a regular basis is obvious.
Brushing our teeth is a very obvious habit taught early age. Yet what about all the other habits we are not automatically conscious of that are mind or emotions based. Science tells us that our body has an amazing and complex memory system that automatically kicks in to keep us on track. Keeping us on track with habits that support us can be good. Habits that keep telling us we can't can be bad.

Adding a few natural suggestions to your lifestyle may do wonders.
My mother was an intensive care nurse and she saw much suffering. She decided to do whatever she learned from her mother and Swiss culture to keep us well. She had a big garden and I had many chores all summer long. It took me years to appreciate her efforts that gave my body a healthier start.
One of my childhood memories is the bottles containing lovely smells my mother would pick up at the pharmacy. Our family doctor prescribed them for all kinds of needs and later studying chemistry/biochemistry I learned to appreciate them.
Arriving in America in 1979, I was missing some of the things I took for granted while living in Switzerland like those lovely smells. There was aromatherapy available here in America yet not the potent essential oils I learned to love. Then in 1989 I met a man, Gary Young, who was traveling the world to learn how to grow and distill oils like in Europe. He found information at universities about them that were so inspiring to him.
With his help I started to share about the oils here in America and the products he developed with the oils. My life has never been better since I found my purpose. How about you? Curious?
