Einstein said, "COMPOUNDING is the eighth wonder of the world".

Reading this quote gave me the challenge to first understand what it means and then to prove it true.

Understanding what it meant caused Jim and I to read Darren Hardy's book

the Compound Effect and I discovered it is really quite simple.

Instead of what I have been doing like many; working out or dieting more intensely for a while and getting tired of it, I decided to do a little bit every day and having fun doing it.

The 8 minute routine, for example, I do while Jim reads a chapter in a book we have chosen and because the reading is a bit longer than 8 minutes I also have my special energy drink containing NingXia Red and my YL Multi Vitamins. Since there are some extra minutes left, I have 5 lb weights at my side and use them for the rest while sitting in a chair.

The daily instant improvement is feeling good, have energy, feeling happy and having no aches.

The long term improvement:

~ Getting more done during the day, feel more inspired

~ My facial skin looks younger, my stomach feels better which is a hereditary problem

~ Three years ago I broke my leg in two places, starting my daily routine I no longer have nerve discomfort

~ Just the overall day is better and happier

If you are ready to implement the 8 minute daily routine into your schedule and share your experience and results with us(no curing stories please, just overall life experience) you could win a prize.

Collagen is important to maintain youthful looking skin and is the main component of connective tissue and the most abundant protein in our body, making up from 25% to 35% of the whole-body protein content. Collagen consists of amino acids bound together. It is mostly found in connective tissue such as cartilagebonestendonsligaments, and skin

Danette Goodyear, one of Young Livings wonderful CD leaders and naturopath has this video on youtube explaining the importance and difference of Young Livings collagen options BLM and Agilease. As we grow older, these two products may support us to stay flexible and keep our bones strong. Jim and I alternate these products in our daily routine. When I broke my leg they helped me to have a faster recovery and surprised the doctor how strong my bones are.

Wishing you fun in finding your "Daily Habit" to achieve your goals of wellness and happiness.
