Autumn is here and one can feel the cold creeping into the bones. This is why a foot bath with essential oils is a perfect solution to end your day.



A foot-salt-scrub followed by a nice warm foot bath with essential oils, warms up the whole body and helps your feet to relax after a busy day.


Using PanAway, Lavender, or Purification in your foot bath helps your body release toxins, acids and metabolic by-products, supporting your whole body.


Foot Salt Scrub

Fill the glass jar half full with salt. Add 5 drops of essential oil to the glass jar and shake. Fill the rest of the glass with salt and shake. Let it cure one to seven days so that the essential oil is absorbed by the salt.


Hint: For dry skin,add a half spoon of Young Living V6 oil, or use a good quality vegetable oil, to the salt.



Foot Bath

Fill a basin with warm water. Holding your feet over the basin, rub each foot with one tablespoon of the Foot Salt Scrub, letting the salt fall into the water. Then soak your feet in the warm water until it cools.
