Hand & Foot Soak Recipe

Do you have tired sore feet, or hands that need some pampering? Give them a break with

this simple hand (or foot) soak.
Fill a basin with hot water that’s comfortable to the touch. In the water add 2-3 drops each of ginger, juniper, cypress, and rosemary essential oils. Let your hands rest in this mixture for at least 5 minutes or longer. This soak is also great for your tired feet.
