After working out, or after strenuous unusual activity my muscles need a little support. Here is the recipe I use.
5 drops PanAway essential oil
5 drops Copaiba essential oil
5 drops Peppermint essential oil
Liquid coconut oil
10 ml glass roll-on bottle
Add the essential oils into the roll-on bottle. Fill with coconut oil and put on the roll-on top. Apply onto your joints and muscles that need support.
